"And whenever you stand praying, forgive, if you have anything against anyone, so that your Father also who is in Heaven may forgive you your trespass" [Mark 11:25]
Its easy to say "I forgive you" than to truly forgive those that are on your bad side. Most of the time it is easier to just forget the whole thing, forget the event ever took place, forget about the existence of the other person and just move on with what remains of your life.
